These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 499but ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at 499but.app, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, account management, and payment services. By creating a 499but account or using any part of the platform, you agree unconditionally to these Terms.

Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices — is strictly prohibited. • Standard withdrawal processing time is less than six (6) hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

499but reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific offer's terms shall prevail.

By using the 499but platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

• You must not use the 499but platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation in Bangladesh.
• You must not attempt to access any area of the 499but platform for which you are not authorised, including other players' accounts, backend systems, or administrative interfaces.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 499but platform in any way that is not expressly permitted.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games and sporting events.
• You must not attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are not valid and will be voided. You must report any such error to 499but support promptly.
• You must not use the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must ensure that all funds deposited into your 499but account originate from a payment source registered in your own name and are not derived from criminal activity of any kind.
• You must not engage in money laundering or use the 499but platform as a mechanism for transferring funds between parties.
• You are responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to your winnings under the laws of Bangladesh. 499but does not withhold or remit player taxes on your behalf.

499but reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in Bangladesh in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Cooperation with such reports may include disclosure of account holder information, transaction histories, and deposit/withdrawal records.

499but reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Verified breach of any of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the 499but Responsible Gaming programme;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure;
• Technical, security, or compliance reasons at 499but's discretion.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your 499but account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Please state clearly whether the closure request is for responsible gaming reasons (in which case self-exclusion protections will be applied) or a standard account closure. Account closures are typically processed within 48 hours of a confirmed request. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered MFS account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) following the standard verification process.

Dormant Account Policy: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. 499but will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered contact details before applying a dormancy fee of ৳50 per calendar month. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 499but, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 499but platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to network interruptions, server downtime, or technical errors beyond 499but's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials;
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, subject to 499but's stated games-error policy;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party MFS providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or Bangladesh Bank infrastructure;
• Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications outages, or government actions affecting internet access in Bangladesh.

In all cases where 499but is found liable, the aggregate liability of 499but to you shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your 499but account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

The 499but platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 499but makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the 499but platform entirely at your own risk.
